As a college student I used On Line Real Estate and their FREE apartment locater service. You meet with one of their agents and they will help you locate the perfect rental property to meet your needs, whether it is an apartment, house, duplex, or whatever you might be looking for. They only have a few parking spaces in the front, so parking can be a problem. They are also located in an older building, and the office has a dirty feeling to it. Overall, I was happy with my experience with On Line Real Estate.
